Our Climate Action Plan

Swole Panda supports the global goal of limiting warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels. This page summarises our Climate Action Plan: what we are doing, who is responsible, and how progress is monitored.

Where our impact sits

As a product business, our most significant climate impacts are in the materials we choose, how long our products last, our packaging, and the movement of goods through our supply chain. Our plan focuses on practical, time-bound actions in those areas.

Our Targets and Actions

Measuring our footprint

By the end of 2026, we will measure our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions in full, giving us a clear baseline to work from.

Reducing our emissions

Using 2026 as our baseline, we are targeting a 42% reduction in our absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by the end of 2030.

How we're getting there

  • Reviewing our preferred materials annually across all core product categories, including bamboo viscose, recycled REPREVE® polyester and organic cotton
  • Using customer reviews, returns data and quality feedback to improve product durability, because products that last longer have a lower overall impact
  • Reviewing our most material procurement decisions for environmental and human rights considerations every year
  • Reviewing our packaging to reduce unnecessary material and improve choices
  • Improving stock forecasting and logistics planning to reduce avoidable emergency freight
  • Working with our fulfilment partners on packaging, returns handling and operational efficiency
  • Improving product care information so our products last as long as possible

Resourcing this plan

Delivering these commitments is backed by dedicated technical, human and financial resource from within the business, reviewed annually alongside the plan itself.

Listening as we go

We build this plan using input from the people closest to our impact: customer reviews and product feedback, direct conversations with our suppliers, ongoing communication with our fulfilment partners, and regular internal management review.

Governance

This plan is owned and approved by the Board of Directors of Swole Panda Limited, approved on 1 June 2026, and reviewed by the Board at least every 36 months. Progress is monitored at least annually through a monitoring and learning register, and customer, retailer, supplier and fulfilment partner feedback is used in climate-related decisions.

We are not claiming perfection. This is a working plan that improves each year as we learn.
