Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on Friday after 9AM GMT will ship on the following Monday. All domestic shipping destinations usually take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Swole Panda ships to every country in the world FREE OF CHARGE on orders over £30.
Royal Mail is our default shipping method. Under this option, Royal Mail will deliver your package directly if you live inside the UK . Royal Mail will hand-off your package to the local courier if outside of the UK, and your local post office will ultimately be the ones to deliver your package to your shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All International shipments will be handled by Royal Mail free of charge. Under this option, Royal Mail will hand-off your package to the local courier, and your local post office will ultimately be the ones to deliver your package to your shipping address. Although we aim to deliver all international packages within 4-6 days, they can take 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
The option of UPS Express delivery is available for an additional £20 where expected delivery is 2-3 days from order.

DUTY, VAT AND OTHER FEES

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees.

Swole Panda holds no responsibility for any such charges, duties or value added taxes that may be imposed by any relevant tax authority and any such duties or value added taxes may be charged to and payable by customers in addition to the price stated for the goods on this site.
