Return Policy

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To qualify for a return, your Swole Panda purchase must arrive to Swole Panda within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 days of transit time back to our warehouse facility. In order to process your return, your purchase must be in the original packaging and condition. Products returned without the original packaging, or damaged, will not be processed. If your product is not eligible for a refund, we will not be able to ship back your merchandise.

How To Return

Please send an email to info@swolepanda.com to begin your return process. Our Customer Service team will respond to you email as soon as possible.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your return package arrives at Swole Panda within the 30 day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Swole Panda.

Exchange Policy

We want to make sure you are happy with your Swole Panda purchase! To qualify for an exchange, your purchased item must arrive to Swole Panda within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 days of transit time back to our warehouse facility. In order to process your exchange, your purchased item must be in the original packaging and condition. Products returned without the original packaging, or damaged, will not be exchanged.
